What methods of payment can I use?


We do not yet have the facilities to accept credit cards. Personal checks, money orders, cashier's checks, and cash are all acceptable. (We do not recommend sending cash through the mail.)

Do I need to pay up front, or can I wait until I receive the finished product?


We will be happy to invoice you once the work is finished, or on a monthly basis during long-term projects. However, no copies of the recorded work will be given to the client until payment is received.

What are the hours of operation of the studio?


Our studio sessions are generally held in the evenings or on weekends, but we can and will work around your schedule. Please contact us to let us know what times are best for you, and we will let you know what dates and times are available.

How far in advance do I need to book?


We prefer bookings at least two weeks in advance. The earlier you let us know that you wish to use our services, the more likely we will be able to accomodate you. Contact us with your desired time(s) and we will work out a mutually agreeable schedule. Short-notice sessions (scheduled 48 hours or less in advance) will cost more and are subject to availability.
